The cartoonish style makes it feels I'm playing some kind of Flash game. Now I'm overflowing with nostalgia. Also, let's make dogs the center figure of this jam :))

The prototype gameplay is unintentionally terrifying. It feels like I did something so wrong, no one dare speak of it. The title screen is lovely though.

Cute and pleasant! I love the music, and "pawsed" menu.

The title font is clear, and contrasts nicely to the background. The small version of the font starts to look a little fuzzy. 
I feel like you need a dog zooming back and forth behind the fence, and it would be perfect.
