Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous and shown in a random order.

  • UI was a bit confusing (particularly to advance day), but great concept
  • Interesting concept, but the game offers too poor feedback: you barely know what are you doing, if you actually made a choice or not, what have you killed, etc.
  • Intriguing gameplay, though the game doesn't communicate its mechanics very well, which leads to lots of "huh, why did I lose?" moments. But once you've overcome those, it's fun!
  • This game has beautiful artwork. I really enjoyed all the little interactions that happen when you send your villagers to places. Like the thief, animal stole your food etc. But the randomness can be a touch annoying when you are doing well, to have a monster destroy my village haha
  • It took me a while to understand the controls, or how to advance the day. You need to write down some instructions! However, once I understood the game, I found it quite enjoyable.

Jam ROM submission

Ok - understood! I attached the GBA ROM file as "MYGAMENAME_jam.gba".

Outstanding game, I wish there would be an updated version including the judge's feedback. I'd loved to play the game a little bit longer but the feedback is lacking sometimes.

Great concept for a game, it gave me virtual pet vibes, well done :)
