I had fun on this one.  The level design was really good overall.  I liked the part were you fell in the cave.  This needs a lot of polish but the game is fun.

I like the art, especially the princess at the end. It was also pretty conceptually well put together, I liked the cave section and the portals mixing up the environment/visual flow of the game.

I'd say that the biggest issue this game has is probably that the enemy hitboxes need to be shrunk. There's a sizeable space before the slime and the bat where the player will die, but the sprites look like they are not touching at all.

In any case, it's a nice little game you put together, nice job on completing the jam!

I really like the music in this one! Very bouncy and upbeat.
I think your game would benefit a lot from sound effects, there's not a lot of feedback for your inputs. Jumping, hitting enemies/obstacles, etc. all feel much more responsive and fair with an accompanying sound.
I really like the fake-out jump that takes you underwater (underground?), that gave me a little scare.
I also like how you run right past the princess and get the sweet loot instead.
There are a few rough edges (especially the jump arc), but it's a cute, fun game!

Thank you! I'll keep it in mind for the next one to get in sound effects.

Ah! Nice game! Really got me into hit! The concept of the character only walking in one direction and by itself, it's close to what I used on my game for #lowrezjam. Really nice and challenging game! Well done!

PS: Feel free to try my game out! Cheers!
