I had a really clear memory of games of the era making me wait a frustratingly long time to retry.... in hindsight it's probably not one of the features of the era that I should've incorporated into the game! If you ever play the game again -> there's still a secret testing hot key ('R') to instantly restart a song. That'll cut the 10 second gameover song off immediately!
