It's actually really fun, I like the progression, feels good when the character is getting faster and stronger almost every stage. The graphics are basic, but totally fine for a jam game.

The auto aiming was a great idea, I also faced the problem of only 4 directions with my game ideas, I wish I had though of that!

In the end I had a bug where my character wouldn't die even well below 0 HP. I have to admit, I played on until my char was pretty much flash with a gatling gun. haha

Anyways my score before I dropped below 0 HP was 7950.

The only complain I would have is that you often spawn into enemies, that's pretty annoying.

Nice game, very fun, well done!

Thanks for the reply and thanks for playing!!!

I was aware of the spawning enemies and getting hit instantly, I ran out of time for that.

But, thank you for making me aware of the not dead but dies issue, didnt get that one in testing it

Thank you for playing it and glad you had fun!

Thanks for the comment! First time doing audio at that scale so I really appreciate the feedback!

I liked the fact that it was auto-aim. The experience was focused on attack timing and dodging. It happened quite a few times to me that I spawned on the next floor/dungeon and was immediately hit by enemies or their attacks. I also had a hard time figuring out where to see my own HP. Defeating enemies and absorbing their XP felt good and I found myself eager to reach the next level.

Solid entry!

Thanks! - I unfortunately ran out of time for the monsters at the start but know how to fix it!

I also struggled with the health, but in hind sight, should have made it something other than a number.

Thanks for the response, feedback and kind words!

:)
