Alright, first thing's first. This was my first game jam and more importantly my first ever 'completed' game. That's a huge deal for me. I'm nearing 40 and I've been wanting to do something with game development since I was a teenager. I'm finally realizing a tiny bit of that dream, no matter how small I'm starting.

I may have not made the best game, but you know what? It doesn't matter. I had a blast and I've learned a looooot from this experience. I'm already almost done with Unstable Systems 2.0 which will include a bunch of massive updates from what I've learned from you all (difficulty adjustment, level selection, massively updated graphics, pause menu, etc.). If I hadn't spent half the jam time on a game I ended up completely scrapping, I would hope that I would have had this all in place, but the reality is that I needed the feedback from the community to realize what needed to be done and to have the confidence to keep going. I started learning GDevelop about 2 months ago and I know there's so much more that I can do with it.

So, all I really have to say is, whatever age you are, if you love this, keep going! It's been amazing checking out all the games made here. I still have quite a few to get through, but I plan on playing every single game made here. No matter if you are happy with what you made or not, be happy that you made it. It's an accomplishment to even try.

If you ever want me to check out your game, please reach out! Good luck to everyone here, and keep on working towards your dream game, whatever that may be!

Thanks all, and I'm looking forward to next year's jam!
