Can you please setup the appropriate viewport size for the game?
Unfortunately, I forgot to do this inside Godot, so it is like that :(
IMHO in the engine you can set the output viewport size and on itch the input size. Or even better, you can just select auto fullscreen in the edit page, right below the uploaded files in section "Embed options" by selecting "Click to launch in fullscreen".
