The idea is great. I think it has a lot of potential! The combat was ok and once you get the pace of it, its satisfying! With better visuals, sound and a little more polish, it can be a great game to pass the time. Also, somebody mentioned a scoreboard, that also would be a nice addition.

Thanks, I'm planning on adding more polish after the jam with a scoreboard and more visuals of course.

I really like the controls

It would be great to add audio to the game. I recommend you check out BFXR(https://www.bfxr.net/), It's a free sound generator for videogames

Oh thanks, I tried recording sounds but they came out too quiet so I'll try that.
