Aw man! I kind of wanted a second level, that was a lot of fun!
The music was really good! I wish there was some feedback on the enemies because some time, I didn't know if my grenades or bullets were actually hitting those tanks.

Is there a second level or did it crash on me? I was excited to shoot a plane with a machine gun.
Between the music and classic gameplay it's clear the style you're going for and it's pretty spot on. Maybe recolor the bullets since yellow over sand is pretty easy to miss, and boy if you decide to speed run past everything the growling sounds stack up and get ear grinding. But learning game maker to make this? Great job! It's a game!
There is no second level unfortunately,I ran out of time. So it ends on rather harsh cliffhanger.

The sounds can stack kindof annoyingly. But still, it's improvement to the version where it decided to play every sound at the same time, constantly. Then stack those on it self... Yeesh.
