Yeah, this is my first Game Jam and I'm not a completely seasoned developer and 48 hours was a little rough on me, I wanted to get sound effects in to make things feel better but I opted for trying to get mechanics working properly. I'm glad you enjoy the concept, we definitely plan on fleshing it out further!

Thank you! We definitely do plan on carrying this idea further. My friend and I ended up spit balling lots of ideas and potential story stuff to make it an actual thing. In fact, the shield bouncing back projectiles was an idea for an upgrade to the shield. Also glad you think she's cute, my friend's happy that people found her cute!
