Hi there! Your idea is interesting, only turning in one direction. But I think, the gameplay is a little slow. You could have added more speed to the ship, enemies and people to rescue to give your game more enrgy and dynamism for example. The sounds were also a little bit repetetive. Apart from that, this game has great potential, in just needs more energy, at least in my opinion. Good job with it!
Would love if you could check mine out too! Or not, no pressure ;)
Thank you for playing it. I think I will further experiment with speed and balancing in possible future versions, perhaps as different difficulty modes. Thanks for playing! I'll go check out your game.
dude I had like the exact same idea haha your's feels more fleshed out tho :P good stuff!
Oh, that is interesting! I gotta check that out. And thank you👍
A great game for so little time! My only complaint is that the game is a bit slow (as someone else also stated).
Thanks! Yeah, an updated version will add more speed modes I think. Thanks for the input and for playing the game👍
"nice" (love that little sample) and your "techvision" intro is great stuff.
Awesome work on this one. The aesthetics are solid and the gameplay is simple but effective. Maybe a speed up button would be nice while spinning around (but that's just impatient me talking). I had a lot of fun playing through this one. At first I was a little confused about how I'm supposed to get around as I didn't want to shoot the terraformers... but those guys can take some hits, they're the ultimate bosses.
Thanks for playing and commenting! Turning did indeed start out faster in the beginning of the project. But I think it has to stay as a one button game. An option for faster (auto) turning is a very good idea. I'll try implementing that after the jam as an alternative. Thanks for the feedback!
A wonderful little game! The retro style fit perfectly with the minimalist gameplay, but the game is surprisingly challenging. It is hard to make an engaging game with a high skill ceiling using only one button - but you pulled it off!
I would definitely recommend!
Thank you very much! Very hard to balance a game in such a short time, so I'm glad it's also a good challenge. Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice
Thank you Noodlezzz
Awesome! I love the graphics, the sounds, and the music! The levels are really fun also, and the idea is great! I love how you incorporated the theme: in two ways! I really enjoyed playing your game, great job!
Thank you very much! I really appreciate your feedback of all aspects of the game. And I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for playing👍
You're very welcome :D I think your game is great and I hope it gets featured in the video! Keep up the amazing work :D
Thanks! Would be nice to be featured for sure... I'll definitely keep on making games!
You're welcome :)
