Very cute.  I liked it (though there were a few lines where I thought they were about to forget and I pressed enter, and I think what happened was I skipped something by accident...)
Other than that I failed to read the instructions properly and spent some time clicking when I should have been pressing Enter or Space.. XD

The play is too long and a bit too dull (the music is too low) to really make it interesting, the lack of penalties for spamming the spacebar and the fact that you cannot tell when they will stutter doesn't leave much to play with... The concept is very original but you might want to really rethink the whole thing through.

Developer

Thanks for the honest feedback! I agree with your comments, I think most of them can be put down to short development time, once rating is over I'm going to have another look at it and make it more interactive and make the play more interesting, with more reactions. I disagree about not being able to tell when they will start stuttering, but I think the speed of the text needs to change at other times other than the stuttering.

Oh yeah changing the speed of text would be really cool and really give dynamic to your play! Nice idea :)

It seems like just holding down the spacebar is the best way to get a good score, is that right? It's kind of difficult to tell.

For folks that had forgotten their lines, I think they did really well! It wasn't at all a pain to uhh... watch these actors in play. I had quite a good, uhh.. time in fact. Nice work :)
I do have to say though, next time please do find music that loops correctly, it drove me a little crazy xD.

Haha, small confession, I'm visiting relatives at the moment and I left my laptop at home, so I had to work on a computer with broken sound! I didn't want it to be quiet, but I will fix it after the Jam is over and I'm back to my Laptop. Thanks for the kind comments!

Really liked the absurdity of it and how the main character can't even remember his city.

Thanks! I think "Absurd" is a great way to describe my game.
