Level design is a little wonky(sword bounces awkwardly) and the section at the end is really weird with the tiny enemies. Could use a better sword retrieval method. player and enemy sprites seem out of place. good concept though, feels good to play despite these small problems.

My only problem with this one is when you grab the sword and it becomes part of the character, if you touch something with the sword you dead. That aside, great game!!!

Actually I had made an awesome game where you could use the sword as melee weapon and ranged weapon! But few hours before the game submission my game engine crashed and my progress was deleted...

So I had to work on the sword all over again I was so depressed..

Lesson learnt : Always save your game once an hour!πŸ˜…

Good concept one of the sound effects just sounds like blowing into a mic and it kinda hurts to hear.

The concept is interesting, but my sword is usually off doing it's own thing while I wait for it to return. Also, the screen shake is a bit too strong for me personally. It shakes for about a second and a half per kill, which is honestly makes me feel dizzy rather than satisfied. Never been made dizzy by a 2d game before

Nice! I liked the concept... I agree with Nikhilbot75 and DCorvinos... My sword kept doing it's own thing and I had to wait and hope that it came back eventually :D ...Also I couldn't even see the enemies in the last section on my first try...

Actually I was working alone for this game so I had a lot of load on me..it kinda gets difficult to polish the game..but in the next jam I'll do better!πŸ’ͺ

This game is pretty good! It gave me a bunch of interesting puzzles to solve and the time limit makes the game feel so tense. I would suggest make the sword movement come back to the player faster as I often found the sword stuck somewhere but that's about it.

It means a lot to me! I think the sword coming back mechanics was a bit hard for me to implement in 2 day time...as I was working alone on this game...but I'll not repeat this mistake again dude!!

A way to go upstairs and retrieve the sword would be enough for me! :D  But I'm not really complaining! It was a little funny chasing my sword!
