If you want to see a less crappy version that has more gameplay and variety and better visuals of this game, then let me know!

I liked the idea of going to a certain place to reload, and the visuals are great, but the survivors escape to easily. Also, the earrape sound is definitely a no

Developer

thanks for playing this bad game. I didn't really spend much time on making the visuals and balancing the game, but I still appreciate you trying it.

It was fun tbh. The only problem was about the uncontrolled civilians since nobody tells that you need to save them. Also consider adding R as a reload key.

The graphics are fun! They are all different, yet the trash atmosphere is fun in this case!

Consider adding some music and more SFX.

thanks a lot for the feedback! Yeah, I should probably give a more interactive tutorial. I probably won't be adding R as a reload key because I think having to go to the table to reload would be pretty different but I MAY create an easy mode where you can do that. And again, thanks for the feedback and for playing!

Even though your game isn't top quality, don't be too hard on yourself! There are many chances to improve your development skills and submit to future game jams if that's what you enjoy doing! I like the concept that you're being attacked and need to keep the civilians from escaping, and I know that there are shooter games that have protection levels in them that work really well. I think you should try to focus on a game concept that you're excited about and that feels fun and unique to you personally, because that makes the development process much more enjoyable. Since you're being hard on yourself it seems like you weren't as confident about your concept or how fun your game would be, which doesn't have anything to do with the art or the gameplay but with how you feel as a creator. I mean, game jams are an opportunity to make whatever you want so they should be fun :) Keep working and you can hone your skills even more in the future!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it. Plus, I didn't really go hard on myself, I just thought I didn't had much time(because this is my first game jam) so I didn't really spend much time on the visuals or the audio and before I knew it, "oh wait all the mechanics are done" and I thought "wow, the game's terrible, no one is gonna play this..." but I submitted it anyways. Again, thanks for the feedback!

Interesting game, I kept losing without knowing why but other than that its pretty good.

Developer

Firstly, it's mostly because a survivor left the area

Secondly, the game is terrible! How would you think it's "pretty good"?

I think its a cool concept of out of control, since human beings are very spontaneous and unpredictable. I think the animations are nice as well and the mechanics work well for reloading and killing things.

Huh, never knew people would give positive feedback... And well, thanks for rating, really appreciate it :).
