How does your game fit the theme?
The controls the player uses to control the protagonist are a resource that is spent in order to solve puzzles. I interpreted "Out of Control" in the sense that a potential lose state would be running out of the ability to control the game, and extrapolated this idea from there.

Nice concept, too bad it won't carry to mobile.

Nice game! Though, it did take me quite a while to figure out the "use x and press a button to create a logic crate" instruction. Maybe rephrase it as "press x and a movement button to turn it into a logic create". Luckily I figured it out, and was able to finished the entire game.
This game was really great. I really loved all the puzzles. It was very challenging!
