Nice game for a first solo submission, also impressive that you made it in just 8 hours, good job! We also made a Unreal game btw, if you are interested!

Taking into consideration that you spent only 8 hours making this, this game is good as a first solo game. Audio would've been nice because the experience felt a bit empty without it, but i understand you didn't have a lot of time. Next time when your making a game in a short period, always consider the importance of audio. The main mechanic also didn't feel very interesting. Maybe having the characters be controlled with the same controls could make it more interesting and also fit in with the theme more. But still, good job!

i had considered the same controls as an option but i wasnt sure id be able to complete a level that utilized it properly. I also had planned on adding some interactive buttons and things of that nature to make separate controls more significant

As long as you had fun making this game, that's all that matters!
