Incredibly polished game with really nice art! I really liked the game loop too, it was a lot of fun and one of my favorites so far!
By far best game I have seen, perfect polish. The idea seems like it is too complex for a game jam and that it would take a lot of tweaks to pull it off but you guys hit the spot perfectly! 5/5 for all catagories.
Oh the mundane bureaucracy! I enjoyed your take on the theme and it was quite fun to see what it could look like behind the scenes of the characters :)
