Nice idea of playing as an escape room lol. I would've liked if there was a way to remove unused obstacles so that we could place them somewhere else. But that's the challenge isn't it... Nice visuals too!

I found the gameplay a bit tricky and hard to understand but I like the visuals and sound design a lot I love the idea about playing as an escape room and feel there’s lots of potential there!

Like the idea of a reverse escape room

Cool concept, sadly due to it's complexity it seems to have a lot of bugs (at least in WebGL version). I noticed that glue trap can be applied only once and after placing 5 blocks you can't place any more. If you buy it again, you just waste energy. Also escapees can walk past by your traps diagonally... You learn to work with this after couple of tries, but it is tiring to just wait for the energy to slowly refill.

But that's the limitations of a Game Jam, can't put out a perfect game in such a short time. I see your vision and i think this idea has potential for a proper game, so i'd say you did well!

The concept are very fun, I love it! Despite that it seems that I'm not very good about it ^^'

Well made game, I didn't expect something like this in here!

Good job!

Loved the idea of being this overload making sure that the people cannot leave! The game felt pretty good and loved the assets you made. Overall great game and I would appreciate it if you checked my game out too :)

Cool idea and fun voice acting!

Muhahahaha! Thanks. :)

Kudos for creating a game that is inherently challenging to design and balance! It's ambitious!
I appreciate the unique graphics, really nice.
Sadly I encountered a problem where I couldn't select or place traps at times, it would be great to have additional visual feedback to confirm if I was clicking in the correct spot. Nonetheless, the game is enjoyable (and quite difficult, at least for me!)

This game is a cool concept, seems a little buggy at times, mainly with pathfinding. I think the gameplay could be improved a lot if there was some sort of method for building up electricity instead of just waiting around. With some more polish, and balancing, this could be a really good game. Nice job.

Felt like the freeze and shock combo was too op. I think it'd be better if there were multiple ways for the people to get out rather than having them all wait for one of them to finish up, that way you have to worry about stopping more than just the slowest one. Honestly, you could probably get away with just a rebalance of the items. Still a really cool concept for the game jam, and I really enjoyed the art and atmospheric music. Thought the maps were designed well also, so it was pretty great for 48 hours!

This game concept seems really good to expand upon! Really creative. Although, I wish there were a little more complexity to the game. The meta right now seems like you can just stall one person and that's it.  But that's one design problem that's really hard to fix. The whole visual presentation lacked a lot, for me. There were barely a sense of style, and a lot of the sprites are in weird sizes. The really liked the sound designs, though. The idea got a lot of potential, just wish the execution was better.

Interesting concept and take to theme :^D. I wish we could do more to the energy though rather than just waiting.

Great concept! When I saw your game I thought it was going to be similar to the Don't Escape series from Scriptwelder, but I enjoyed this unique take on it.

I struggled with the controls (felt like I couldn't really place traps, like they wouldn't appear most of the time. And the freeze action didn't really seem to work but would deplete my energy) but I thought the concept is very cool and I like the presentation. Really neat idea but the controls could use more polishing.

This was a lot of fun. I really liked the mood of the whole thing.

Oh wow, this has to be the most fun game i played of this whole jam, excellente!

really good idea and execution.

Graphics and music are good too.

Overall an amazing submission!

Very neat concept and execution. Seems like you had more levels planned (third screenshot), but ran out of time implementing it. Too bad, I would have enjoyed playing it.

Developer

Yeah you have no idea how angry I am. Level is completely prepared, but we had no time to test times for the level and times for tasks, so we could not tell if the level was possible to finish or not. :/

Really good take on the theme, could see this being great if expanded even further into a full game. Loved the artwork and music, really set an interesting mood.
