cool graphics, I like the music and the sounds, but I couldn't understand the engineer phase, a previous tutorial level or puzzles a little less cryptic would have made the game feel much better. good job and great final finish! congratulations!

Amazing environment art! The idea being an engineer on a spacecraft is pretty cool.

The aim is a bit off probably, can't hit the enemy.

Pretty spectacular result in just 48 hours from scratch! Cool visuals!

Somewhat perplexed that the laser doesn't seem to be shooting where I'm pointing (or, rather, that it doesn't lock onto the enemy at which I'm pointing).

I really like the idea of figuring out things from the sticky notes, and the aesthetic is great. One issue I had was that I feel like the shooting is too slow and inaccurate. I felt like I was moving faster than the shots sometimes.

The game looks really good! Its a nice esthetic (apart from the targets just disappearing when shot, but time limitations i get it).
But I don't really get how it fits into the theme of role reversal? Your shooting the ship but the twist is you need to fix it via hints? That just seems like a extra mechanic and less of a role reversal. Maybe if some other ''thing'' was shooting and you job was to fix the ship it would have made more sense?

hey thanks for the review, yeah I get what you are saying haha

Initially our idea is reversing roles between playing a pilot and an engineer we wanted to bring it out more from kind of a story perspective but sadly don't have enough time to integrate our story to the prototype

And also it's about switching between two totally different styles of gameplay from an action arcade shooter to something more like a puzzle point and click

But yeah still missing a lot of polish and I guess our idea is not as intuitive as we imagined hahah
