I like dark and minimalistic tone. Music and sounds fit very well.
I couldn't figure out what to do, though :( But good job either way!
Thank you for feedback! Rules in tutorial.
It is a bit difficult to understand at first what you're supposed to do. On top of that there was a lot on screen at once and I was not sure which rocks were hitting me and which were on the background.
Also, the red and green bar were a bit confusing, may be you could replace the red bar by a currency that is ticking up. Furthermore, the green meter fills up like half way before I even saw the character I was supposed to hit.
I think it also need some balancing, I just spammed the space bar and won most of the time.
The thing I like about most about your game is that the monster design was pretty epic! I love playing as a cool monster.
Thanks for the extended answer. When I tested the game, it seemed to me that simply pressing the space bar would not work. On the contrary, I thought the game was too difficult. Nevertheless, all the rules are specified in the tutorial. I will develop this project further and try to make it much better!
Extremely unclear what I’m supposed to do. My bullets disappear before they even hit the dude and the flying things just get stuck in my face. Good art though.
I'm sorry. Bullets only disappear if they hit the human collider, this can be tracked because when the bullet hits, the green bar decreases. Flying creatures are destroyed only by small bullets. It's all mentioned in the tutorial.
I think my main problem was that the player collider and the sprite are completely off (like one inch apart on my screen) so it looks like my bullets aren’t reaching him. And when the flying things get stuck in my face, I have no way of clearing them because they are behind the turret.
I played it again after understanding the mechanics and managed to get a lot further in the game.
