I like the concept of this, and how there were multiple bullet patterns able to be used, but the gameplay mostly ended up devolving into spamming the number keys. Keep working on this, though; there is some potential here!
This game has a good idea but it isn't that fun.
Creative concept and nice idea! In it's current state it is a bit boring though and the sound designs are quite screechy, especially the high continuous sound (maybe it's the player's shooting sound?). Keep on keeping up!
The concept is creative, but there's a reason why most games have you play as the tiny little guy - playing as the ship doesn't lend much agency. I found that the optimal strategy was to simply mash all four buttons, as there's no limit to their usage. As such, the game ended up a bit boring for me. With a bit more design polish and balance, this could become a really interesting game.
I really like the idea! It could definitely use some more polish but the "you play as the boss" games have been some of the more fun ones this time around
