the visual design is incredible! so beautifully done.

the concept seems so exciting and promicing, and i love that there is an touching storyline as well. sometimes it was a bit difficult to read it while clicking, maybe some small cutscenes would work here!

also it might be nice to have the difficulty growing as the town is growing - some challenge would work great here, i think :)

sadly a couple of bugs won't let me finish, but i still had a great experience!

The two game modes between placing turrets and then retaking the land are interesting! The first time I played I built so many forest turrets that the saws bugged out and I couldn't chop any more trees. The second time I played I immediately chopped the great tree down and was pleasantly surprised to find out about the nature mode.

It's an interesting concept where you're kind of fighting yourself. There were a few bugs that made playing and understanding the game difficult, like a bug that lets you place trees while being a settler and having the ability to cut down the ancient tree immediately and have zero rage. Maybe the settler should be limited to what trees they can cut at first so they have to make incremental progress.

I was impressed by the art, and the implementation of the concept! I could see this being expanded on and becoming a balancing game of building vs. destroying, kind of like playing an RTS and then destroying it all.

I really loved playing this one and would love to say what you do with it after the jam! ( P.S. the art is very pretty! )

really nice game! If I have one suggestion, it's to make the chopping wood sound effect quieter. at some point I could no longer chop wood, which im guessing was a bug. very nice visuals, and dialogue.

Really interesting concept! The idea of a war between nature and settlements is a really cool basis for a tower defense type game, And the art style is just beautiful! kinda reminds me of steven universe!

sadly i encountered some bugs along the way so i didnt finish it, but I still enjoyed the portion i have played! Good job!

(Also if you could check out my game as well it would be highly appreciated :D )
