Hi, I am confused. Why is the investigator working against me? Is he not trying to save me? And what is the use of the lock button?
Thanks for playing the game! No, you are trapped in a death game where everyone is trying to kill you, even the investigator. The lock button is for locking the answer given by the investigator
Interesting and creative concept! I liked the "appeal" mechanic for when the investigator is wrong, and the moody music was great :)
Maybe I'm just being dumb, but I didn't get the "lock" mechanic - the icon would be headphones, he would say headphones, I'd click "lock" and it would say I was wrong? Like I said, maybe I didn't understand it properly lol.
Either way, a super cool project with a lot of potential! :)
Thanks for playing! Sorry as there is bug with the lock and appeal button in this version of the game. I will definitely upload a more polished bug free version after the game
Thematically it is an interesting idea. Play wise that investigator is frustrating, what a jerk getting in my way lol ;O)
I could see this layout and concept (not the hindering part) being a fun puzzle or clue deciphering situation in a larger game.
Thanks!
Very creative, the screen bugged on my play so I couldnt see the whole message, but ver interesting concept
Sorry as this happened with you. If the screen bugs, you can put the game in fullscreen mode in webgl or download the zip file
Interesting concept, it has potential to become a big project
Thanks! I am currently working on some bugs. Will submit a updated version when the jam ends
Really interesting and cool game you made! No idea how you made this in so little time. Music fits really well too!
Thanks for playing. I will put a updated version after the jam with less frustating experience
