This was a cool first jam game, although I feel like I got too much gold so I just bought everything.

Well done for a first game jam!

I did have to guess at what was coming at me, so I found it hard to prepare for the waves. Other than that I really enjoyed it.

This is a very good start for a first game jam (48 hrs. is not a lot of time.)

really good for a first game jam, especially the cards

Incredible first jam game! Very impressive mechanics, and nice art. I think this could even better with a few tweaks. I think more information could be added to the UI, like VillerotJustin's comment, which I agree with entirely. I also think an indication of multiple enemies appearing in a lane before the wave starts would be helpful. Maybe I got unlucky and missed one, but a midpoint tower between the skeletons and skeleton knights would be helpful, as the health disparity is enormous. Also slightly longer fights, with the ability to heal during the round could be very interesting and address a certain feeling of powerlessness after the rounds start. Very good game though, and very impressive considering the time limit!

Quite fun to play! Good enough!

Some way of improvement :

  • The case isn't selected when you click on a unit
  • UI to show unit stats without having to click on it
  • Sound (if you don't have the skill to make them, take some that are free to use online)

Otherwise, that's a pretty decent game, especially for a first game jam.
