Wow! Really intriguing concept. It's actually something like ours check ours too!
Took me a bit to understand the game, but the concept is solid. I like the idea of turning a space shoot-em-up into a survival defense game. Giving the attackers free movement while forcing the player into a grid feels a bit unfair. With some tweaks, it can be made much more strategic.
Lacks variety - a second attack would have helped make it more interesting, especially since there is a big dead angle for your own attacks, often leaving you helpless. Still, for a minute or two it's quite fun, and the design of the boss and ships is nice.
