The use of perspective was incredible! I really enjoyed how every level's puzzle felt unique. The moment when I realized that one of the blocks wasn't level with me cause of the perspective was very cool. Tunicesque moment for sure. I'd love to see this as a full game!
yoo thanks! i was going for that effect and im glad it resonated with you!
This fits the theme perfectly! very enjoyable, you can easily expand this further into a finished game! 5 stars!
yoo thanks! im glad you enjoyed it and yeah i was thinking of adding a button that activates more platforms but ran out of time so yeah this could be easily expanded alot!
Yay!!! I beat it! This game has a nice idea, but could use a lot more fleshing out and polish. My main issue with the game was the perspective, I had no clue what I was doing because of it and most of the game's difficulty came from that. Adding shadows or some sort of camera movement may help a lot!
I also think you can do a lot more with the general style and feel of the game, but I do like the direction you're going in, good work :)
thanks for the comment! i was trying to mess with the players head by using the isometric perspective in the last few levels so that was kinda on purpose. and adding shadows would kill some of the illusions although i was considering adding a way to rotate the camera around the screen.
It was decently enjoyable, although very short I do wish the controls were a bit more fluid and the game could really benefit from shadows except it'll take away part of the difficulty of the puzzles. The music was a bit repetitive; I think it would've been elevated if there was different music while in-game versus the menu. Overall, pretty good, loved the concept and creativity!
thanks! music is not my strong suit but im glad u enjoyed the other aspects of the game. and i really wanted to make the controls better but my spegetti code got too incomprehensible and touching it would just cause 20 different errors
