The idea looks quite nice, but I felt like my choice of a way to throw the dice meant nothing (or at least I didn’t know what it meant), so every fight turned into simply pressing [ENTER] until I lose or win. It’s also unclear how much HP do the dice have exactly and how their levels and “types” affect the outcome. Overall I think that’s a solid foundation, but the gameplay needs some refining. Loved the visuals, though. Anyways, good job! Consider trying my game if you wish.

Fun short game "inspired" by popular pocket monsters. 

I liked the nostalgia/dices mix but couldn't understand why play an attack instead of another, ended up spamming whatever attack. 

Sounds are good.
