Nice graphics, challenging game! I included it in my Game Maker Toolkit’s Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Interesting twist on a bullet hell! The left/right shoot mode was fine but shoot to dash forward feel really hard to control accurately, and at the boss it was virtually impossible to dodge the bullets. Still it was just a matter of sticking close to the boss and holding down the mousekey and the boss went down.

Feel great though. Once you figured out the "trick", it's cool to control.
It might need checkpoints however: the very first wave becomes a bit boring once you get past it. I wasn't able to get really far, and looking by the screenshots, there are some cool stuff I haven't seen!
