As said this doesn't appear to be a Godot game, but I also tried to open the `index.html` file and the game is broken. `ReferenceError: gdjs is not defined` in the console.
Did you submit this to the right jam? I extracted the .7z file and it's got something that could be a game in there, but not for the Godot game engine and this is an engine exclusive jam.

Looks like a GDevelop game, what a pity he must have messed up the engine names.
