The fish was cozy in the water, hitting buttons to survive, until- EXPLOSIONS! Funny transition between menu and game.

Developer

HA HA! Fish go XPLODE!

Thanks for your comment!

Having to check every library in map 3 was funny. I hate map 2. I died too many times :(

Developer

Thanks, Even I couldn't beat map 2 until I came up with a strategy which I shared as a tip at the bottom of description of the game.

I like your art style! Oddly addicting game!

Cool little game. I think the colors of the buttons are probably a bit too similar to each other, and I really wish the game scaled up, it was quite tiny.

Developer

Thanks for your reply! Sure, Ill add that feature.

Developer

I have set it to "Launch in fullscreen", you will not have the game being tiny issue now.

An interesting idea but the movement controls were definitely tough to get used to. I played each map and liked the variation.

I liked that the title reflected the abstract nature of "cozy", though the game definitely doesn't seem to have that direction.

One recommendation I have is to set up the 2D scaling in Godot and enable resizing. I have a high res monitor and the game was tiny!

Good work on submitting to the jam!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback, Ill fix those issues, the controls are a bit hard but once you get used to it, it very easy

The game was definitely interesting although the hitboxes and movement control were janky for me.

Developer

Thank for your feedback, Due to the code, the hitboxes are a bit janky and the controls are a bit hard to grasp at first but once used to it, it very easy.
