Awesome game for a first gamejam, well done. It's quite hard to make progress though, a bit easier to kill the bats and not die myself would be appreciated. :) Pixel art is nice, looks to be all original too!

A little bit hard to control on slope, but there are easy fixes around that! The gunshot sound is very satisfying. My favorite part is the art--the pixel art is so cool, and I love those blasting craters!

The earth in background art is great, I find it hard to control the character, the bats has a lot of HP, I couldn’t make much progress. But it’s fine for a first game jam, keep going.

Cute graphics, tho pixel size is not consistent between BG and front art. Gameplay is kinda frustrating, platforms are slippery, ground-check is not always on point. Couldn't put myself through the sequence of multiple pointy floating paltforms with bats.
This seems to be your first jam so putting this together is a great achievement !
