ZOZ is an astoundingly innovative RPG. Rather than standard RPG fighting, you build and use a deck of cards like Magic The Gathering. The central mechanic is brilliant and fun, and is set in a beautiful open world with a compelling narrative. The graphics are ANSI-based, which means a certain amount of blocky abstraction. What WiL and his art collaborators (The Green Herring and beatscribe) achieve with these limitations is breathtaking. This game is absolutely worth a download!
Gilgamesh II is a complex story-driven RPG about Sex, Lust, Revenge, Politics, Hardship, and Hope during the Babylonian Period (c.8132 A.D.). Witness generations of Gilgameshes in this Goblet Grotto-esque experience.
Yep. You know I needed it. And then it was delivered, and thusly I rejoiced. A wonder, and a marvel. I only decry the lack of a needed manual!
