I think I'm having the same issue as Animamundi. Couldn't leave the library so started looking around and it froze on the room with the pool table.
Other than freezing, I really only noticed 2 issues.
1. The main character and the female interest both have the exact same face shape, which I thought was a little odd.
2. Some of the rooms you enter (the street and theater) have the main character facing towards the door rather than away from it.
Additionally, I couldn't unzip the folder using Windows 11, I had to use 7-ZIp. Might be worth mentioning on your itch page.
I appreciate the feedback! I'll look into those issues, and hopefully having a fix by either today or tomorrow.
I will definitely add a note to the page in regards to Windows 11 - thank you for letting me know!
Is it really a Remastered version, or just a raw unfinished one? I am stuck in the Library, unable to leave that place, and the most far room has a cutscene, I presume, which has failed to be played, and the game froze. Additionally, I have three more characters in my team, with null sprites and portraits. Doesn't looks fine. Sorry.
Hey there!
First off: I appreciate the feedback. As noted on its main page, the game is currently still being checked for bugs. Unfortunately I didn't have as much time as I'd like to get through all of them in time for the game jam deadline, but I am updating as quickly as I can and posting said updates to the games main page.
The "Remaster" in the title is more in reference to the game being developed with new assets, an expanded storyline, and adjustments from the original gameplay.
The team issue is definitely an odd one - there shouldn't be any triggers for adding or removing team members (as that was never meant to be a feature of the game) and this is the first time I or anyone else playing the game have encountered that issue. Can you let me know where these extra team characters first appeared, so I can take a further look?
I'll take a further look at the library event in the meantime, and see if I can patch that. Thanks for letting me know!
The "extra team" exists from the start, three more null characters with null stats and skills, but technically are selectable.
Also, 0 0.
Thank you for the information - I'll look into this ASAP!
