I like the idea of a rather somber father cleaning up his home after the presumed death of his son, but the lack of content and some technical issues kinda pulled me out of the experience.

When I picked up items in the front yard, sometimes they wouldn't disappear after interacting with them, and if they did disappear the shadow was left behind on the grass. While the shadows being left behind could've had some symbolic weight behind it, I couldn't help but feel that wasn't intentional. My guess is the game had baked lighting, so the shadows are baked into the grass texture. The items not disappearing when picked up was definitely distracting.

Also the interact dialogue of the most recent item you interacted with would pop up whenever I pressed E. So I could pick up baseball tickets, see the dialogue, skip through it, then walk across the house, press E, and see the dialogue pop up again.

The lack of any form of ending does make it feel fairly rough, I'm not sure if you actually added any more content since this was last updated since there's no devlog posted.

Overall its a neat idea for a story and game, but its dragged down by a lack of content and polish. I do hope you keep working on it though.
