I only tried the web build, so the desktop version might be better but here's what I noted.

Crashed during the third combat encounter, screen came up saying to restart and everything. Not sure why it crashed but it did.

I think the webgl build might have screwed up some UI stuff, but for round buttons the highlight was a square, and the square wasn't properly aligned. Maybe applying a mask to the highlight that makes it fit inside the buttons would help.

The gameplay was fairly simple and easy to figure out, the UI was mostly clear about conveying information and telling me which target I have selected. Having to select the same action each time though felt like it was just adding an extra step for no real purpose as there's only one action available to the player. And the lack of sound or visual effects when a character is hit makes the combat kinda dull.

A decent start, but I think some polish and streamlining could make this a lot better. Nice work!
