Hi Gallus! For the non-ranked jam honorable mentions will be determined based on the completeness of the game! If the game is playable, i.e. enough content to get into the story, and there are no game-breaking bugs, the game in question will get an honorable mention on the Interact-if blog. If an author chooses to continue making their game even after the jam has ended, they can request to be made an honorable mention after the fact if they make their game within these parameters.
