Do any of you guys know if i can use assets like from the unity asset store?

You have permission to use third party assets, be sure to credit the original creator and where you got them from in your submission!
Also one more question. I have never been in a game jam, but how to i submit the game?

Yes, you may use Godot. About submitting a project; check out a tutorial on Youtube, it will probably explain it better than I could. For any other questions, please check out the FAQ portion first at the end of the jam page before asking questions
