Pressing Jump again in midair gives the player momentum by throwing Candy Canes.

Really fun game! I can't believe this is so low rated. If you had a webgl version i have no doubts you would be near the top if not at the top.
My only suggestion is to add checkpoints somewhere. as i was trying to learn the mechanics it was really frustrating having to go back to the start every time.

Checkpoints were something I had planned but just ran out of time for.

I think this is the most underrated game in whole jam, PLEASE make webgl version, (i bet the whole game is was inspired of refridgirator level from pizza tower )
