very unsettling and fun!! always been terrified of parasites (fueled by serious paranoia/delusions), but i'm a big fan of nasty gore + horror so my discomfort worked out great lol. super cool choice interactions and dialogue! i got 4 endings :o) the bruce willis one was so funny, big fan of horror games with silly bits! also thankful that this game works on mobile browser
The idea is neat, but the visuals are too low-fidelity to be repulsive, and the writing is so heavy-handed that it fails to be scary. This might sound counterintuitive, but having your character matter-of-factly describe the horrible things happening to them isn't very engaging, especially when you've done so little worldbuilding and failed to establish how anything works.
There's no gameplay, which is fine for this type of game, but if that's what you're going for, your art and/or writing needs to be exceptionally good to compensate.
Also, there's only one music track, and it's on a very short loop, making it extremely annoying.
Ultimately, this feels like a less imaginative, poor man's version of "Discover My Body". Sorry.
immersive narrative, thx Bruce Willis
oof, little too real. hang in there Laura, I hope you manage to grab Yaric and escape to that northern section. Even if you can't fix anything yourself, I hope you get to enjoy your time all the same
