The game is in Russian, which makes it hard to understand. From the main menu, it appears that the top text explains how to play (moving with the WASD keys). The first option seems to be 'Start', but I'm not sure what the second option is for. The third option is 'Credits' and the last one is 'Quit'. I selected the first option with the arrow keys and the left mouse click. The objective is to survive against some vibrating squares that will push you if you touch them. I didn't see a scoring system anywhere. When you start the game you go to the gameplay first and then to the main menu i think. Overall, the floor was indeed lava.
