Not sure about the rainbow lollipop or the eyeball. My Home Town maybe?

I'm stopping at 20 items - unfortunately 36 was a bit too many to come up with XD 

Lollipop was quite far out but it is the Old Dope Peddler giving dope using sweets to the kids instead XD

And the eyeball is Oedipus Rex

Oh yeah. I thought of the Old Dope Peddlar but I got it mixed up with My Home Town. Oedipus Rex, nice. That’s a brilliant song.
