My first game jam, loving the one month idea. Always wanted to do a Ludum dare but I have too much going on to lock myself in a room for a weekend. Setting up my project and brain storming theme "life in space". Should it be a search for life, surviving in space, or hiding from someone searching for life in space...

I think I've finally set on an idea. Im planning a Plants Vs Zombies Earth Defense style game. My goal is to have a playable demo by Jan 1st and then use the rest of the time to polish and hone.

Did a little art and wrote some really ugly code but almost playable.

Wow time is flying by. I've been learning alot, definitely the biggest and most detailed game I have made so far. Have most of the basics done. Need to fix the booster tower, add more enemy types, add a boss, and create spawn waves for the levels.
