This seemed well-scoped for the jam. 3 - 4 small platforming levels of varying difficulty, and a reasonably small narrative spread across them.
Unfortunately, I fell through the floor a few times and had some other physics weirdness going on. The narrative prompts also don't clear key-down status, so if I'm holding right when one comes up, I'll continue walking right after closing the narrative prompt until I press right again.
It's possible to dash while jumping, which makes lvl30 a little easier than I think it's meant to be. I struggled a lot with the other lvl31 level and eventually gave up on that path - the narrative prompts would interrupt my movements and allow enemies to close in on me before I had chance to get into position/fire.
The ending felt a bit abrupt, but having an ending an accomplishment to be proud of!
