it was mentioned in the game rule that using premade assets is not allowed, but then there they have recommended websites from where i can use premade assets for my game. Please clear the doubt.

The rule is that you cannot use paid assets - we want to give every participant an equal chance - under the attached links, you will find free packages that you can definitely use if you need to :)
