Was the resolution a challenge?
The main problem was the artwork. Although I have some experience with the hand-drawn 2D art style, I've never made a fully pixelated game before. Thankfully, since most of the sprites were simple and monocoloured, it wasn't too big of a deal.
What did you learn?
One main takeaway from this jam for me was audio. Unlike my past games, I made my own backtrack and sound effects for this game, which was a fresh experience for me since I never had any experience with music composition or audio editing software before.

Some nice ideas in this one, I love the final results… it’s quite a funny turn on the game-over. Difficulty is a bit unbalanced at some points but the game plays well and is quite fun. The “chalk” drawing approach to enemies could use some visual retouch as it is a bit blocky and does not have the grain of your usual chalk, but I think is a great idea and fits your “school” theme quite well. Great job on this one!
Good little game. Love the jump animation. The ending was a bit abrupt!
Great game with the feel of the battle system of Undertale! There is a huge variety of moves, and the game is fairly challenging, with a fun setting. It's also a great take on "Gravity is your enemy". I love how you're given a grade after you die!
PS: I'd be grateful if you could play and rate my game in return:

Challenge the God of Gravity in this Rhythm-Based Platformer!
This game made me smile :D The pixel art is neat, even though you say it's your first time making music for a game I really liked the backtrack and sound effects. An original concept and a fun little game.
