Last day audio member addition made all the audio in ~2hrs
super fun. I did this one more relaxed then the last jams so only worked on the game a little bit. Actually restarted once at about the halfway point because I wasn't feeling the first game which was a parachute type game.

Was the resolution a challenge?
Sprites restrictions are hard. I've always had some trouble with good art but I think doing the low res stuff helps with learning.

What did you learn?
I just entered because I thought it would be fun and I enjoyed the last retro jam. Also the engine was sitting there gathering dust so I felt like it deserved another go around. I made some tweaks and improvements so feel good about it.

I like the sound effects and 8-bit aesthetic. I was able to figure out the controls and how to fight the enemies after reading up on it.

Two things.

1. It would be great if you give the player some time to get used to the controls. I was thrown right into the action, and frankly I was overwhelmed.

2. I ran this game on Windows 10, and it opened inside of a postage stamp sized window. You should make it so it opens in a bigger window by default. I eventually figured out you can increase the size of the window, but my guy was already dead by then.

The tutorial section should give a window to mess around with controls.   But I'll keep it in mind for the future.

I had made it open in the smaller version in spirit of the jam ;3.

Thanks for the feedback :D

For me this game is a little bit hard but it's funny to play.

I like it's soundtrack and audio.

The visual part is sometimes a little illegible. Overall this game is good.
