This is a really neat idea! It’s a shame it isn’t 64x64 pixel resolution so it might not get much love in this jam, but good luck!
Glad you liked it… others are saying that this is not following the theme and need to polish more it kinda sad me but thank you
Please don’t be sad! Every game here needs more polish, and that’s okay for a jam! Don’t fall into the trap of holding yourself to a higher standard than everyone else. You should be proud of what you’ve achieved!
I like that the game was easy to get into but resolution was off.
Thank for you positive feedback
The gameplay is simple and easy enough, and I could see it being fun if you expanded upon it a lot. But it definitely needs more content and FX for player feedback. It also clearly breaks the resolution rules of the jam. Still congrats on making a game!
Okie doki I will work on it
Not in resolution requirements.
I don't mind the minimalist gameplay environment, but rapidly felt like I ran out of things to do. I'd almost prefer some sort of snake-like constant movement.
Audio was inobtrusive, but didn't stand out.
Generally speaking I agree with the comment that this needs more juice - screenshake, sound, particles. Something to make it feel like your actions are having an impact.
Ok thanks for your feedback I will try to improve
Anytime! Congrats on submitting!
Decent effort! Some juice indeed would be quite welcome, and faster pace maybe
thanks
Add some more juice dude
Sure I will do that
