I found it useful to apply a changed style to the canvas in the game: canvas { height: 60vh; } makes it much bigger and easier to see, which may help with the issue you were having with the HTML viewport.

Sucks that you got screwed over by depression - I've had that happen to me before.

I wouldn't really call it a game because there's no win condition :p

But getting some interactivity in is definitely a plus!

All in all, a good prototype! And I think it followed the 64x64 ruleset. Hard to tell via HTML. ^^;
