Yes title says it all but let be tell you. 

So im making an SCP game about an anomolous ketchup bottle and i want to have SCP-173 (the one that looks like an peanut) in the game.

but the original artist behind that sculpture has copyrighted it 

so can i use it or should i try to find an uncopyrghted version that looks kinda same

we dont care about copyright things here (some exceptions apply but yeah you can put em in your game (as long as you dont get in trouble by other means, like, i wont do anything, but its your problem if you get in trouble))
