The game is gripping. It's refreshing to be subjected to bureaucracy voluntarily. Thankfully, there are no lines here, only a constant stream of requests to go to the next workstation.

I feel like the game lacks an underlying plot that would be unraveled as you play, a plot that is lying beneath the surface. That would bring it to a 5-star rating for me. Otherwise the experience is complete.
